Aging Well Together: A Free Community Support Group for South Bay Adults

Taking Time: South Bay and Rolling Hills United Methodist Church have partnered to offer a free, non-denominational 8-week support group for adults navigating the challenges of aging. Open to all community members — no religious affiliation required.

This group helps participants:

  • Build meaningful social connections

  • Develop healthy coping strategies

  • Reflect on and review life experiences

  • Enhance independence and daily functioning

  • Cultivate a greater sense of well-being, purpose, and meaning

Led by a Licensed Mental Health Professional and experienced volunteer facilitators, the group provides guided discussion, emotional support, education, and community referrals in a welcoming, confidential setting.

Thursdays, June 4 – July 23 | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

💛 Suggested Donation

$50 per person for the full 8-week series. Pay by cash, check (payable to Taking Time: South Bay), or online at takingtime.org. No one turned away — Taking Time: South Bay is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; tax receipts provided.

Registration is required. Space is limited.
