Adult Bereavement Support Group
Grief does not move in a straight line. It can arrive quietly or all at once, and often shows up long after the world expects you to have “moved on.” If you are navigating the loss of a loved one, this bereavement support group offers a gentle, supportive space to pause, reflect, and be with others who understand that grief has no timeline.
Taking Time: South Bay, in partnership with Rolling Hills United Methodist Church, is offering a non-denominational, 8-week bereavement support group for adults in the community who have experienced a death. The group is designed to provide connection, guidance, and support during the grieving process.
